I am a highly motivated person,who enjoys working with a wide range of clients from experienced to inexperienced,young to old and boys to girls
I just love getting people in the gym and getting them on their journey and enjoying it
I myself compete in natural bodybuilding which I love, It has its blood sweat and tears moments.which I love, My point here is I wont make your workouts gruelling or unbearable, Thats not what I’m about. Not to say it will be easy, but it will be to suit you
Sport specific, recreational or just burning energy (getting a sweat on) either way I believe its got to be fun, we dont stick to things we dont enjoy. This is where i can help by tailoring workouts to suit you,that you enjoy
